Machinery Features:
★Body: The body is made of high grade gray iron casting, aging treatment, reduce internal stress, prevent deformation. A robust inclined bed frame structure for stable accuracy and repeatability, a three-axis plastered rail system with high stiffness, high precision and good dynamic performance of the ball screw, driven by a high precision servo motor, with position feedback system.

★Powerful power head: The power head is installed on the left and right slide rails. The independent unit is used to ensure that the spindle has good motion accuracy, stiffness and stability. The main shaft is driven by AC vector servo motor and synchronous belt.

★Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is connected to the machine by a hydraulic line that is long enough. Oil heat exchanger cools the hydraulic oil.

★Electrical control: The associated machine electrical system is installed in a locked electrical cabinet.

★Operation panel: The CNC system uses Siemens 808D as the standard configuration, stable and reliable, and has a USB interface. It is equipped with a mobile electronic handwheel for easy and flexible operation.
